For units that smell, drip, or never quite cool the room any more.
Error codes, tripping breakers, warm air, rattles and short cycling.
New units sized to the room, or an existing unit moved cleanly.
Booking a tradesperson should not feel like a gamble. Here is exactly what happens between your request and a working unit.
Send the form with your property type, how many units, and what the unit is doing wrong. We reply with the likely scope of work and what it depends on.
We offer arrival windows rather than whole days, confirm the technician by name, and send a short message when they set off.
Sheeting down before work starts, the unit run and temperature-tested after, and a written summary of what was cleaned, replaced or flagged for next time.
Air conditioning work happens in your living room, above your bed, or over a desk someone is trying to work at. We treat the visit as carefully as the repair.
Plans are quoted after we see the units, so the tier only describes what is covered — never a number pulled out of the air.
A service, wash or diagnostic when you need it, with no ongoing commitment.
Two planned visits a year so the unit is ready before you actually need it.
For landlords, small offices and studios running several units at once.
Most cooling complaints start with something simple. Rinse the filters monthly in dusty months, keep half a metre clear around the outdoor unit, and run the fan for ten minutes after cooling to dry the coil. Do that and our visit is mostly confirmation — which is exactly how it should feel.
If the room stops holding temperature, the unit drips, or a new noise appears, that is the point to stop experimenting and send us a message.
Send the details and we reply with the likely scope, an arrival window and the technician’s name. Nothing is scheduled until you confirm.
